Maryanne Ligmanowski is a mother, wife, friend and dog-lover. She enjoys learning new things through reading and meeting people, spending time with her family and their fur babies and enjoying some weekends in Galena, Illinois.
Maryanne’s passion for real estate began over 30 years ago when she and her husband started a residential construction company. While looking for investment property, they found that they were hard pressed to find a REALTOR® that was able to provide the caliber of service they strived for in their own contractor business. Several frustrating transactions later, Maryanne decided to invest in herself, obtained her broker license and pursued a career in real estate.
Maryanne has made many amazing connections over the years and gained invaluable experience working within both real estate and construction. Having been on both sides of the transaction, she understands the importance of listening to her client's needs and working together as a team to make this milestone one of the most inspiring experiences possible. She is very passionate about real estate and is here to guide you in the right direction, give honest recommendations and make sure you never settle.
